Buka Fence and Landscaping works where new Christchurch homes go up: boundary fences between townhouses, patio and path pours beside ranch sliders, drainage channels boxed between units, and scraped sites graded ready for the next trade.
The photos across this site are our own jobs — fresh concrete with the boxing still pegged out, pine posts going in along a footpath, a red mini digger grading between builds, and finished slat fences glowing beside new lawns.
Plain-spoken and proud of the finished job. That “patio done and dusted” feeling in our posts is the standard we build to.
Prep First, Finish Clean
Every straight fence and level patio starts with groundwork — and we do that part too.
One crew for the whole section
On a typical new-build job we scrape and level the ground, cut drainage channels and set sumps, peg out timber boxing for paths and patios, pour and trowel the concrete, then build the boundary fences and finish with lawn. One crew, one standard, no handovers getting lost between trades.
Materials we work with daily
- Fresh pine — posts, horizontal slats and edging boards, the backbone of our fences.
- Ready-mix concrete — patios, paths and flatwork with a clean trowel finish.
- Boxing timber and pegs — formwork that holds every pour true while it cures.
- Aggregate and drainage — channel beds, sump surrounds and stable bases.
